This is really the easy way to do your friend follows.  To use this service, you must first create lists with nice names and add followers you wish to shout at in these lists. 

Once you have the lists created, you simply click on the "Do Shoutout" link on the menu and enter your Twitter login information. 

Once logged in, you simply select the list and modify the shoutout prefix template.  The default prefix is:

#FF [listname]

This will prepend #FF and the name of the list you select to each shoutout tweet.  You can edit this as you wish and put a custom prefix for everyday shoutouts like:

GM Sports Fam

This is an example of an everyday "Good Morning" shoutout.
